Setting up teamwork correctly is one of the main tasks in successful network business management. To build a productive and cohesive team of distributors:

Set clear goals and achieve them together

With clear, transparent and agreed goals, distributors will understand what is expected of them and what they need to work on. Sometimes, when thinking through the vector of work, you can take a reasonable risk: set complex tasks for the team, but maneuver between ambition and achievability.

For example, if your landing page gets 30,000 visitors per month, an overly part time data ambitious goal would be to get 50,000 visitors—that's a significant increase, but it's still a realistic goal to achieve.

If your partners do not achieve a deliberately inflated goal, this does not mean that the task has failed - discuss with the team why you did not succeed and learn lessons.

Be as open to communication as possible

All communication with partners should be as open, honest and respectful as possible. There should be an atmosphere of psychological safety in the team - your people should be sure that they will be listened to and supported at the right time. Let them understand that they can make mistakes, take risks and ask any questions related to the work of the MLM company, sales and recruiting.
